We provide a variety of contract options to suit your lawn care needs.

Seasonal contract

The seasonal contract kicks off in March and wraps up by the end of October. Got a mowing request outside of that timeframe? Just give us a shout at least 7 days in advance, and we’ll take care of it.

Year round contracts

You have the flexibility to choose the frequency of mowing. The cost per mowing session will be lower for shorter intervals between mows, and higher for longer intervals. The season runs from the first week of March to the last week of October. Contracts can commence at any time of the year. From mid-November to early May, we will mow your lawn once a month. Thereafter, mowing will follow your chosen frequency until the end of the season.

Menu / Price List.

All hourly rates are for a 2-person crew.

If you have a year-round lawn maintenance contract with us, you can save $10.00 per hour on any extra services we offer. These include fence installation, handyman services, and lawn care in Panama City. If you just need 15minutes of work while we are mowing yard you will only be billed for 15 minutes of work. If you are not a current customer there is a 2 hour minimum.

Hourly rates

A minimum of 2 hours is required for locations within 15 miles from the shop. For locations beyond 15 miles, a minimum of 4 hours is required.

Supplies

Materials Not Included: When completing a job or repair, please note that all necessary materials will be charged separately from the labor cost. This ensures that the project is fully equipped and ready for successful completion. 🛠️💡

Deposits

For projects that cost 1000 or more, a 50 percent deposit is needed.

We offer a range of services for your yard. Please note that there is an extra fee for removing any debris.

Lawn maintenance residential and commercial

Professional lawn mowing services typically charge between $50 and $100 per hour, depending on the location and level of difficulty. Rates may vary based on factors such as yard size, terrain, and any obstacles present. For smaller yards we have a minimum price and one-time jobs pricing is often calculated by the hour. If you have a larger yard, hiring a professional may be more expensive. Keep in mind that additional maintenance costs could increase the overall rate."

Our 6' privacy fences are built with premium 2x4s and sturdy 8'x4"x4" line posts that are concreted 28" deep with 80 pounds of concrete each. We use 120 pounds of concrete for end posts, corner posts and gate posts. Our gates are made with cedar pickets for durability and beauty. We fasten the 2x4s to the posts with exterior screws and the pickets to the 2x4s with galvanized nails. Our 8' privacy fences are built with premium 2x4s and robust 11'x4"x6" line posts that are concreted 40" deep with

We can customize our filter services according to your preferences. This includes cleaning or replacing the filters in your washing machine, air conditioner, and refrigerator. We can also remove any hair accumulation from your bathroom sinks, bathtub, shower, and other areas to prevent clogging.

General labor

Some possible tasks are: assembling furniture, hanging pictures and blinds, replacing rugs and curtains, and changing the vacuum cleaner when necessary.

All jobs 1,000 or more require 50 percent deposit

Interior painting labor only

The preparation procedure consists of the following steps: patching walls, scraping, sanding, cleaning, caulking gaps and spot priming. We will also tape any areas that need protection. We will apply two coats of paint on walls or ceilings using brushes and rollers. We will paint up to two doors per room, including the trim around them. This service includes setting up and cleaning up after the job.

Baseboard painting labor only

1.25 and up per linear ft.

Prep procedure is to patch baseboard, scrape, sand, clean, caulk edge and spot prime. Tape anywhere needed. We will brush/roll 2 coats of paint on baseboards. This also includes set up and clean up.

Exterior painting labor only

1.50 and up per sq foot

Prep procedures, remove loose paint, spot prime and caulk gaps and edges. Brush, roll or spray 2 coats of paint on siding. Includes site prep and clean up.

Fence painting labor only

1.00 and up per sq. ft.

Basic labor for painting the exterior of a house under favorable site conditions includes the following steps:

- Up to 2 hours of preparation per 450 square feet, which involves removing loose paint, spot priming, and caulking edges and gaps.

- Applying 2 coats of paint to the siding using a roller or brush.

- Additional charges apply for trimming work.

This service covers planning, equipment and material acquisition, area preparation and protection, as well as setup and cleanup.
